- Maximum Withdrawal Amount (Per Request): ₹5,000

4. Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within:
- 24 to 48 Hours
Actual processing time may vary depending on payment providers, banks, UPI services, weekends, public holidays, or technical maintenance.
5. Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals will be processed using supported payment methods available within the Myna application. The destination account must belong to the registered user.
6. KYC Verification (Coming Soon)
Myna is currently developing a secure Know Your Customer (KYC) verification system.
KYC verification will be introduced in a future update. Once implemented, users may be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.
Acceptable documents may include government-issued identity documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or other valid documents as permitted by law.
7. Fraud & Security Checks
To protect users and maintain platform security, every withdrawal request may undergo security verification.
Myna may review:
- Account activity.
- Wallet transactions.
- Deposit history.
- Quiz participation history.
- Suspicious login activity.
- Multiple account usage.
- Unusual withdrawal patterns.
Additional verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal.
8. Withdrawal Rejection
A withdrawal request may be rejected or delayed if:
- Insufficient wallet balance.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- Required verification has not been completed.
- Incorrect payment information is provided.
- Technical or regulatory issues prevent processing.
9. Failed Withdrawals
If a withdrawal fails due to banking, payment provider, or technical issues, Myna will review the transaction.
If funds were not successfully transferred, the amount may be credited back to the user's wallet after verification.
10. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:

- Maintaining account security.
- Using only their own payment accounts.
