Download the Myna app, register using your mobile number, complete OTP verification, and you're ready to play.

3. How do I add money to my wallet?

Go to the Wallet section in the app and add money using the available payment methods. Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers.

4. What is the minimum entry fee?

Entry fees depend on the available contests. Myna currently supports contests starting from ₹5.

5. How is the winner decided?

The winner is determined based on the official server-side scoring system, considering answer accuracy and response time. The server's decision is final.

6. What happens if both players score the same?

If a match ends in a tie, the prize amount may be equally divided between both eligible players according to Myna's contest rules.

7. How much is the winning amount?

The winning amount depends on the contest entry fee. The applicable prize amount is displayed before joining a match.

8. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹25.

9. What is the maximum withdrawal amount?

The maximum withdrawal amount per request is ₹5,000.

10. How long do withdrawals take?

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours. Processing time may vary depending on banks, UPI providers, weekends, holidays, or technical maintenance.

11. Is KYC required?

Currently, KYC verification is not mandatory. A secure KYC verification system will be introduced in a future update and may become necessary for withdrawals.

12. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Myna does not store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials.

13. Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts.

14. What happens if my internet disconnects during a match?

Internet interruptions may affect gameplay. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while participating in contests.

15. How are match results calculated?

All answers, scores, timing, winners, tie detection, and prize calculations are performed securely on Myna's backend servers to ensure fairness.

16. Can Myna cancel a match?

Yes. Matches may be cancelled due to technical issues, maintenance, fraud detection, or other exceptional circumstances. Where applicable, refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
