Welcome to Myna. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Myna mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

• You must satisfy the minimum legal age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• Only one account per user is permitted.
• You must comply with all applicable laws while using the application.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services you must register an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Wallet

Myna provides an in-app wallet for deposits, participation in quiz contests, and withdrawals.

• Deposits are credited after successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed after successful verification.
• Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another user.
• Myna may temporarily suspend wallet operations for maintenance or security reasons.

5. Deposits

• Deposits are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
• Payment failures are governed by the payment provider's systems.
• Myna is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may be reviewed for fraud prevention.
• Myna reserves the right to reject suspicious withdrawal requests.
• Processing time may vary depending on banking partners.

7. Quiz Matches

Myna currently provides real-money 1 vs 1 quiz contests.

• Each player pays the displayed entry fee.
• The winner receives the displayed winning amount.
• The platform retains the displayed platform fee.
• If a match results in a tie, the winning prize may be distributed equally between eligible players according to platform rules.
• Server-side calculations determine the final result.
• Server records are considered final.

8. Fair Play

Users must compete fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating
• Automation or bots
• Multiple accounts
• Account sharing
• Reverse engineering
• Attempting to manipulate quiz outcomes
• Using unauthorized software

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

9. Platform Fee

A platform fee is deducted from every completed contest. This fee supports payment processing, infrastructure, fraud prevention, customer support, and operational expenses. The platform fee is non-refundable after a contest has started.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Myna Refund Policy. Generally, entry fees are non-refundable once a quiz has started, except where required by applicable law or due to verified technical failures.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake accounts.
• Identity fraud.
• Money laundering.
• Payment fraud.
• Using stolen payment methods.
• Harassing other users.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities.

12. Suspension and Termination

Myna reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks.

13. Intellectual Property

All application content including logos, software, graphics, text, source code, and quiz content belongs to Myna or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the application.

15. Privacy

Your use of Myna is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

Myna may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately after publication. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
